Although men continue to be the ones that place the higher bets, the number of women that go to the casinos is increasing rapidly, even in games like Blackjack and Roulette.

Poll results show that female players are becoming more and more common; at this point the scale is even, there is the same amount of male and female players. Games like Slots, Bingo and Video Poker are still the ladies’ favorites but everyday more women choose to play Blackjack.

To honor the increasing number of female players, The Marino Casino & Resort in Atlantic City (owned by Trump) is organizing the “Ladies’ Appreciation Day” event. The event will have male models, free chocolate and a Blackjack tournament. The event is scheduled for next Sunday.
